Tend Advisors is a one-person firm. Very little is collected, it is used only to talk to you about a domain name, and you can have it removed by asking. Last updated 23 September 2026.

Who is responsible

Collected by the form
- The domain you ask about, your name, company and email address.
- Your phone number and message, if you choose to give them.
- The network address your browser used, stored alongside the message so abusive sends can be traced.
We use these to answer you, and if you buy a name, to prepare the escrow transaction and the sale confirmation. Nothing else.
When the first message came from us
Our notes go to business addresses published on the company's own site or in public business listings. We keep the address, the company, the name we wrote about and whether you replied. Reply "stop" to any email, or write to us, and your company is not contacted about any name again.
Spam protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that the form is being sent by a human rather than an automated program. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser for that check under Cloudflare's own privacy policy; it does not place advertising cookies.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and passes form messages to our inbox.
- Our email provider, which stores the messages we send and receive.
- A licensed escrow service, only if you buy a name, and only the details it needs to run the transaction.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and do not share it for advertising. The site runs without analytics, pixels or ad cookies.
How long it is kept
Enquiries and email threads are kept for up to 24 months after the last message, then deleted. Paperwork for a finished sale stays on file for the period tax rules set.
Your choices
To see the details we keep on you, have them corrected, or have them removed, write to claire@tendadvisors.com. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; we extend them to everyone. We answer within 30 days and never charge for it.
